The Nomads

The Nomads are a community, not-for-profit theatre group, occupying a professionally designed theatre space at The Nomad Theatre. We produce a variety of shows, year-round, as well as showcasing affiliate groups on our stage.

For us, the Nomes Youth Theatre is a vital part of our commitment to bringing theatre and the arts to the villages of Horsley and nearby. Whenever there is a casting opportunity for young people, our Nomes are likely to be involved in large productions like pantomimes and musicals - for many youngsters, it's the first, and very valuable experience working with adults, large sets, musical directors, props, costumes and call times - it's a big step! All productions engage professional Chaperones to keep our youngsters safe, and (especially during the festive period), the audience just love to watch them on stage.
